Our options for ordering prescriptions are:

- Via online access – request a form from reception or use the Register for Online Services form on the website.
- Download the NHS app – follow the useful video to help to Register with the NHS app: Quick guide – YouTube.
- Visit our website: www.enmp.co.uk and select Prescriptions
- Complete a paper request form, itemising your requests
- Use the green repeat prescription slip and post it into the surgery
