You may have seen some of our staff wearing multi-coloured NHS badges, this is because we have introduced the LGBTQ+ Rainbow Badge scheme at our practices.

Over 95% of staff members at East Norfolk Medical Practice have undertaken LGBTQ+ Awareness Training and have chosen to wear the badge to show that they have pledged to support our LGBTQ+ patients.

By wearing the LGBTQ+ Rainbow Badge, East Norfolk Medical Practice staff are sending a message to LGBTQ+ patients that we are here to support you and are always here to listen and give guidance when you need.
