The NHS has begun vaccinating patients against Covid-19 beginning with people aged 80 and over, care home workers and frontline NHS staff.
If you are aged 80+ or a care home worker, you will be contacted when it’s your turn to be vaccinated.
Other people will be vaccinated according to their age, with the oldest first or if someone is in a high-risk Covid group.
Our GPs and clinical staff can provide advice about the vaccine but please don’t call us requesting vaccination, instead wait for your invite.
The best thing we can all do to protect the NHS; ourselves; our families and our communities is to keep following the advice:
- Wash hands regularly
- Wear face coverings outside the home
- Keep two metres apart
